How do I place an order?

Ordering at Event Systems Services is straightforward. You have 3 options: online, telephone or post:


Online


Browse our site and follow the Google Check Out Steps detailed below.


Step 1: Click on the Add to Cart button alongside your chosen item of memorabilia. Your item is shown in the Shopping Cart in the top right hand corner of the screen. However, you can continue shopping without having to check out.


Step 2 (optional): In the Shopping Cart, you can increase or decrease the number of items by changing the number in the quantity box or remove the item altogether by clicking on the blue remove link below the price.


Step 3: In the Shopping Cart, click on the Google Checkout button. This takes you to the Google Checkout Web page.


Step 4: If you currently have a Google Checkout account you merely have to sign in. If you don't then please take a few minutes to register a credit card with Google Checkout. Ensure that you accept Google's Terms of Service in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Your order will then be processed using supplied credit card details.

From where will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

What is the delivery schedule?

Event Systems Services aim to process & dispatch your order within 24 hours, predominately using 1st Class Signed For Royal Mail or International Signed For Royal Mail.  For large orders, a third party courier may be used.

Currently, delivery can take 2-3 days within the UK and up to 7 working days for overseas orders.

Please note, if goods have not been received in 28 working days, customer support must be contacted on telephone number: +44 (0) 1278 727000.
Event Systems Services will only offer refunds/resends on items "lost in transit" after 28 working days from the dispatch date.

In the event of a postal strike, any post sent during a postal strike cannot be guaranteed to be delivered by a certain date.

How do I know your sporting memorabila is authentic?

Through our links with Insignia International all our items are supported with a Certificate of Authenticity.


PHOTOGRAPHS: Seeing is believing and therefore, where possible, all of Insignia’s signing sessions are photographed and/or videoed and published as proof of a signing session having taken place.


CONTRACTS: Any legitimate company will sign a contract with the governing body, team or individual sports person. Insignia will now offer a one page version of their contact with the relevant governing body outlining the general terms and conditions under which Insignia is licensed to produce and market that particular item of memorabilia. It will also have the contact details of the governing body for verification.


Do you offer wholesale prices for your memorabilia?

What if I need to return an item?

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days and in original, undamaged packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.

When returning any goods proof of return postage must be obtained. Failure to do so could result in the loss of items, which ESS cannot be held responsible for.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
